For many years skiers and snowboarders have used all kinds of ways to track vertical feet, days skied and runs skied including hand written tracking of score cards. The hassle of this effort has now been eliminated and made easy and fun with the introduction of the flaik™ Rentals.
For the 2009/10 Winter Season we will be extending the flaik™ GPS tracking service for ski schools to include day skiers and snowboarders. By capturing the fun of their day on the slopes, we will make skiing at your resort more memorable for families and friends on the mountain.

And at the end of the day or back at home, they can look online to relive their day with friends and family. Plus the safety and security features of the flaik™ service will be extended to all guests using the flaik™ Rental service.

Consumers enjoy competing with each other and tracking their day(s) on the mountain through the flaik™ Rental service. flaik™ Rental users are now able to track number of days on the hill, number of runs, vertical feet, how fast they went by the day, a specific time period or YTD and past seasons.
Families will want to use the service to know where each other is on the mountain, compare runs, speeds and coordinate meeting on the mountain. Parents will have added peace of mind knowing their children are safe and secure on the hill and where they are skiing and snowboarding.
flaik™encourages partners to promote the new service offering to their customers with on site signage, on their web site, through email campaigns, brochures and related promotional efforts.
flaik™ will promote this extension of the service offering with you via booking confirmation emails and mailing to your resort customers. Plus there will be editorial and PR campaigns over the season. We will also promote the service with online and off line coupon efforts targeting midweek and off peak periods. The practice of pre-selling discounted bundled punch cards, vouchers or coupons to season pass holders, loyalty card holders, package guests and targeted groups is strongly encouraged. Use spiffs, commissions and incentives on daily rentals forstaff as margin is available.
